The war showed that being human does not mean being humane. War doesn’t have halftones. Oh, how clearly the light shines through the darkness!
Inside us there is a whole universe overflowing with gifts, like apples of paradise. It seems like we’re not able to appreciate even half of it; however we’re asking for more. We demand so fiercely that we are ready to start wars and kill.
War drilled down to the very foundations, showed the deepest of human values. To live, accepting all inner fullness, to enjoy the light that fulfills us, and appreciate these virtues and trust them. To be in balance, giving and accepting. To love, wonder and rejoice. To be fulfilled.
I am proud of the fact that by adding the word "Ukraine" to everything I wrote above; you get the peace formula! And I am immensely proud of all those who these days remain Human.
It took part in my personal exhibition "To persevere", dedicated to the anniversary of the war in Ukraine, that took place in Germany, Meerbusch, Teloy-Mühle, February, 2023.
